Contracted to start the AHU replacement program for the Hospital?s OR Suites. The first part of the program includes (3) units; AHU 4, 5& 7. The intent is to replace all five existing AHUs. This work includes installing a temporary / permanent roof mounted AHU to serve the area that AHU 5 serves before it is taken out of commission. Once AHU 5 is completed, a temporary duct from AHU 5 will tie into AHU 4?s duct to serve it?s area, then AHU 4 can be replaced. The above work includes, demolition, concrete, exterior wall modification, new switch installed in an existing cellar switchboard and new feeder run up to MER, 5,000 sq. ft. of a new roofing, structural steel for the roof mounted AHU and structural trestle for the main roof ductwork, heavy protection on the roof for storage of AHU sections and around new roofing work, mechanical, plumbing work that includes new vents and roof drains, BMS, waste removal, clean up and laborers. -Installed/Built (2) Air Handling Units(AHU) that server OR’s, Installed one Rooftop?Unit(RTU) on that will server?as a temp (RTU) to server OR’s/floors while other AHU’ or RTU’s are being replaced in the future
